    Delphi – Psychological Self Assessment

The Delphi Project of Open Habitat explores self-awareness through discussions and the use of objective psychological tests available free on the internet.

In the first two months of development the assessments have grown to 22 primary kiosks which allow people to assess themselves on issues as broadly divergent as personality and emotional strengths, to vocational interest, internet addiction, stress, anxiety, depression or relationship style.

Having two discussions a week, we focus one of these on a specific test so that attendees can get feedback about their questions and findings, and the other is a more general discussion related to the psychological concept associated with that assessment.

Over the past two months, the project has proven interesting and we have had more than 995 separate visits to the assessments. Our discussions are archived and available for review to all who are interested in the topics.

Finally, we are encouraging graduate student research and currently have a dissertation survey being offered to visitors having to do with cyber relationships.

    Second Philosophy
